"Room was impeccably clean and comfortable. Attention to detail was apparent when using every aspect of the room. Amenities were plentiful and are precisely what travelers want/need to avoid packing extra items (I.e.: bar soap, hairdryer, lotion, shampoo/conditioner, makeup mirror) and so helpful and convenient to have USB Plug-ins as a standard option. Service was fine for check-in and check-out; nothing outstanding or spectacular, but that’s expected with a moderate-priced hotel chain. The best service I received was from the cleaning crew on the morning of my departure, with each team member giving me a welcoming smile and a “Thanks for staying with us!” That team definitely knows how to give a great experience and it certainly spills over into the level of attention they give to the rooms they take care of, too. Big commendation to that team and their leader!! Coffee service in the morning was disappointing, as both mornings during my stay there was no fresh coffee available and I had to get from their breakfast restaurant, giving me an awkward feeling like I was being a rule-breaker. Overall though, the stay was pleasant, quiet, and comfortable. I will certainly stay again the next time I am in Bloomington for business."

"The absolute cleanest room we've ever had. Love the virtual check in and not having to do the monotonous paperwork at a front desk. Simply getting the code and getting the keys were so easy and checkout was super easy by just leaving the keys on the nightstand. There is an excellent restaurant a couple blocks away that was amazing! Best food from a family restaurant we have had in a very long time. We were so impressed with our short stay and will be back again soon."
