"This place is CLOSED yet hotels.com keeps offering it online. I booked through hotels.com as part of my trip and when I got their and the hotel was no longer in operation, and it was a nightmare dealing with hotels.com. They are pushy and it is a mess. When I started demanding my money back, a pushy person who spoke broken English called to sell me ANOTHER hotel, but refused to give me my money back. I am realizing hotels.com is a racket."

"We were in Grecia to celebrate our anniversary and visit friends. Villa Cipreses was an oasis in a hot and humid land. Our room was dated but clean and although they advertised air conditioning there was none. Fortunately we had our own fan with us so we were able to stay comfortable. "So I got in at 10PM on a Friday. Dropped my bags and wanted to go hit a bar. Alexis gave me a place called Santos in the same area of Escazu. While taking an uber home, I left my phone in the uber upon getting back to the Hostel. Alexis was so helpful the next day. "The house is perfect for a family, everyone has their own bedroom and bathroom. It was amazing to get up in the morning, have a coffee and sit outside. The view is vast and you can see far and wide. My one wish was ro see a toucan which we did a few days before we left. It was in a tree in the back yard and waited for us to get the perfect picture before he flew away. "We absolutely loved our stay at this house. There is no need for air conditioning being high up. No bugs at all! A lot of folks wrote comments about the steep road up to the house, which almost turned me off from booking it. The driveway is paved and while steep not an issue at all. Not sure why anyone would mention it. Fantastic place to rent. We will definitely be back. There are three rooms, each with their own queen beds and bathrooms. "
