"We were in Grecia to celebrate our anniversary and visit friends. Villa Cipreses was an oasis in a hot and humid land. Our room was dated but clean and although they advertised air conditioning there was none. Fortunately we had our own fan with us so we were able to stay comfortable. "This place is CLOSED yet hotels.com keeps offering it online. I booked through hotels.com as part of my trip and when I got their and the hotel was no longer in operation, and it was a nightmare dealing with hotels.com. They are pushy and it is a mess. When I started demanding my money back, a pushy person who spoke broken English called to sell me ANOTHER hotel, but refused to give me my money back. I am realizing hotels.com is a racket."

"Room without window, terrible light. Reception was like the living room of the family, where they looked TV what we heard. The hostel was located in a main road, very loud. We had to open 2 gates and 2 doors to get in our room. We felt like being in a jail. Much too expensive!!!"
