"We were in Grecia to celebrate our anniversary and visit friends. Villa Cipreses was an oasis in a hot and humid land. Our room was dated but clean and although they advertised air conditioning there was none. Fortunately we had our own fan with us so we were able to stay comfortable. The restaurant was great and we enjoyed the overall beauty of the blue hydrangeas and other plantings on the property. the owners of the property seem surprised when we arrived but they did provide accommodations...

"It was amazing hostel! I can't think of anything significant enough to complain about. The bed is SUPER soft! One of best hostel bed in my two years of traveling. There are outlet available on each bed which is useful. It's really beautiful too. One of most beautiful hostel I stayed in my two years. The service is great too. "So I got in at 10PM on a Friday. Dropped my bags and wanted to go hit a bar. Alexis gave me a place called Santos in the same area of Escazu. While taking an uber home, I left my phone in the uber upon getting back to the Hostel. Alexis was so helpful the next day. "This place is CLOSED yet hotels.com keeps offering it online. I booked through hotels.com as part of my trip and when I got their and the hotel was no longer in operation, and it was a nightmare dealing with hotels.com. They are pushy and it is a mess. When I started demanding my money back, a pushy person who spoke broken English called to sell me ANOTHER hotel, but refused to give me my money back. I am realizing hotels.com is a racket."
