"The apartment itself was good, however staff really unprofessional and unhelpful, no hot water during our stay."

"Location was great... Management was horrible! Their advertisement falsely stated that there was laundry on the property. The apartment smelled of sewage. The window ledge fell on my foot, twice. For a seven days stay, they gave me two towels. I had to go out and purchase more toilet tissue, trash bags, and paper towels. House keeping came and bought air freshner for the sewage smell and that was it. I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person... Absolutely horrible... "

"The property was at a great location and it was easily accessible to all other landmarks. Quite spacious and the environment was very serene. The staff were friendly. I would definitely recommend this space to anyone especially couples, and I’ll book this space any day. "

"This is a wonderful apartment for a get-away in Windsor. On the doorstep of Windsor castle. Adjacent to a walking path to Alexandra Gardens. Great location with lots of food and grocery options. The communication from Chris was excellent and his instructions made getting checked in a breeze."

"Thanks very much for a nice stay while visiting family. The apartment was lovely and clean and actually bigger than it looks in the photos. Did not expect the extra touches such as bread, milk, eggs and a bottle of wine, much appreciated. Friendly host with great communication too."

"Elevator doesn’t work and doesn’t seem like it will be repaired even if there’s a sign saying it might get repaired. Booked for 4 people to stay but only 1 towel. Other units seem like long term rentals for young workers. Seems like an old office building converted into apartments. Best to just stay at a hotel for the price"

"We love South Harrow. It is a great place to stay in London. And this flat is a great place to come home to at the end of the day. Well equipped, clean, consistent--it was our second stay here and it was excellent. It's a quick walk to the South Harrow Station and off to all of London. Great local restaurants. Or catch the bus to anywhere right outside the front door. "

"Staybridge Suites on Bath Road is the perfect starting point hotel for families visiting London. This location offers large family friendly rooms, with a stocked kitchenette and a decent breakfast. Everything a family needs after a long Atlantic flight. And don't worry about getting to the hotel. It costs no more than 25 GBP via a Taxi and any Ride App. P.S. Take the family to the Three Magpies Pub a short hop away for authentic British food and very reasonably priced children's menu."

"I stayed at the hotel a night before my trip to the states. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to everyone! Spotless rooms, lovely little restaurant and extremely friendly & helpful staff. Nothing was too much for them & lovely young man even made considerable effort helping me fix a problem with the combination lock on my suitcase jamming. He even researched the problem online and showed me how to fix it if it happened again. Check in and out was speedy and efficient. All in all an excellent hotel! "

"A very clean and friendly hotel to stay in. You wouldn't even know that you are so close to the planes coming in. You could see them land from a balcony from the bar. The bed is very comfortable. The ride in the pod make this stay more fun."

"I stayed here with some friends before a night out in London. It's not quite as close to the Lizzy Line as I thought looking at the map, but a short Uber to Hayes and Harlington did the trick. The hotel itself I can't fault! Cosmina on check in was an angel, friendly and helpful. The rooms were perfect for three friends with plenty of space for us to get ready. The next morning the breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfast buffets I've had, with a really wide selection to choose from. We'd definitely come again "
