"I liked the friendly staff and the delicious restaurant."

"Arrived on foot from the nearest bus stop. The pub hanging sign is missing so i entered the premises and confirmed with the cheery lady working the bar that i was in the right place😁 After the paperwork was completed i had to pay a £50 non-smoking deposit which i expect to see refunded onto my card. I was shown to room 13, a single room, as booked and also shown where the washroom was. The room contained a kettle, tea, coffee, a fan, a nightlight and a small flat screen TV, so was well...

"The inn was lovely Breakfast very good although another juice choice and the juice and water colder would have made a difference The bedroom was also extremely warm even with the heating off But all in all descent place "

"Couldn’t have wished for a nicer stay. Perfect location to travel into London with frequent trains from Harpenden station. The room was lovely and spacious. The bathroom was luxurious. Breakfast was excellent with great choice and service. Highly recommend. "

"The heating in the rooms needs a major improvement, i have never felt so cold in my life!! When I woke up this morning I was shivering. I had breakast in the bar, but the food was cold before I could eat half of it."
