"My family and I stayed here two nights just before Christmas. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The owner offers a shuttle bus during the morning hours to Gora Station, which is very helpful for getting to Hakone ropeway. Local restaurants were a bit unaccessible as it was off-season but this inn has its own great little restaurant kitchen. We had two dinners here and tried almost everything on the menu. "The place is a few minutes walk from the train station. The room is clean and the staff is friendly. We’re able to book the onsen for a nice hot soak. There was no onsite restaurant open when we stayed. It was a bit of hilly walk to a restaurant. "
