"The staff was very nice & helpful. As with any hotel, the parking process is not good. I find it interesting that the hotel industry does not address this issue. To negatively effect a customer's experience over a simple thing like parking is silly. To charge a customer an additional $50 a night to "store" their car is ridiculous. A simple way to differentiate within your industry, would be to make the parking process simple & safe."

"Staff was very hospitable. I appreciated the friendliness and helpful demeanor of the front desk staff upon arrival and check in. The bartenders were great and very attentive."

"The bathroom needs a bit of better tender loving care due to the water condensation from the walls to the light plates. I bring my own cleaning supplies so Im always prepared but the pricing doesn't match the upkeep. Stellar service outside of that."
