"The view from my room was beautiful! The room was perfect for a couple. I would give it a five stars rating if the bathroom didn’t smell like mold. I told the front desk; they said they would look into it; but nothing was done. In addition, the TV didn’t work on the third day that we were there. "We stayed for 4 days with a group of 13. It worked out really great. There is plenty of space, bathrooms, activities and the kitchen was great for food/drinks. Plus the washer/dryer and towels/linens provided was an added bonus. Any time I had a question the manager off property and on were extremely attentive and helpful.The area is extremely accessible for anything you may want or need. You will not be disappointed by choosing to stay. "

"The 5 bedrooms each with their own full bathroom provided more than enough room for our group of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids). The private pool and 6-person golf cart were put to great use throughout our trip. The concierge Arturo, was fantastic! His communication style was very warm and helpful. We had a problem with one of the shower heads and he was able to have the problem fixed the next day. We requested a gas grill and beach chairs on Christmas day and both showed up on the next day. ...

"The property is beautiful, new, and just as described. Very clean. Quiet area. Supported wonderfully by Lola and her team at RPM. Short ( 5 Min) walk to two beautiful beaches. Golf cart gets you around Tamarindo. Only a 30 minute walk (via beach or street) to the heart of Tamarindo shopping and restaurants.Great stay. Will stay here again."

"The property is functional, the interior is sparsely decorated with older furniture (some of which was not in good shape). The exterior is lovey, with a nice pool and lounge chairs. No pool floats though and no full sun if you are looking for an opportunity to tan. The beach is a good 10 minute walk, but is a great area because it doesn’t get too crowded and has good waves for surfing. The water taxi is also a 10 minute walk. "This is a great house right on the beach with great boogie boarding right out front. There were 10 of us ranging in ages from 10-80 years old. There was plenty of room. The house is well laid out and stocked with everything we needed. Communication was easy. The owner and property manager were very responsive. In all a 5-star experience."
