"A wonderful 2nd floor condo with a beautiful waterfront view of the beach at Playa Hermosa! Grethal, the property manager was such a pleasure to work with. She checked us in, answered all of our questions and made sure to check on us during the week. The beds, the rooms and the bathrooms were clean and very nice. Just wonderful to wake up and sit on the huge balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning watching the birds and the waves. Thanks for a wonderful stay!"

"I would highly recommend this property for a trip to Tamarindo. The unit is fully remodeled and is in very nice condition. The location is perfect for Tamarindo. It is super close to everything. You do not need a car if you stay here. Even doing some activities outside of town, the property manager set up ziplining and an ATV tour with a shuttle ride to the site. "This was our family’s first international trip. The condo was perfect for us. Our kids, 14, 12, and 10, had a blast in the pool and ocean. The boogie boards were so fun to have and provided for hours of entertainment. The location was spectacular. We loved the beach - it was so quiet and peaceful and you can’t beat the view. "Expect a 10 minute drive to beach club. Place was clean, comfortable for 3 people. I would strongly recommend renting a car for anywhere staying in the Flamingo area. There is a free gym to use on the property at the Reserva Beach Club. You need to use the plastic white card left in condo. This was not shown to us. Also beach towels are available to use at the club. Also not communicated to us. Special Places needs to become more familiar with property amenities. Saw lots of monkeys. Hiked....

"Having a basically private pool for our toddler to play right outside the doorstep made this leg of our trip unbelievably wonderful. The condo is in a great location, there are lots of lovely neighbours, the best grocery store we found on our whole vacation was just up the street, and the walk down to the beach was always fun and entertaining. The condo itself is pretty simple and minimal—which is what we were expecting, thankfully."
