"My husband and I have stayed in this area five times and explored a variety of rental locations at different price points, but this one is hands down the winner. It's not always easy to find a rental that lives up to its description, but this one exceeds expectations! The floor plan is thoughtfully laid out, each room is bright, clean, and comes with an en suite bathroom. The pool area is gorgeous, and they've equipped it with all the perfect amenities. We will definitely be back!"

"This house is an absolute steal for the price. It has an amazing view. We had three kids with our group and they were in the pool every day that we got back from the beach or other activities. The house was also well stocked with cooking supplies. Check in process was extremely easy and the communication with the hosts was also very easy and they were quick to respond to all of our questions. Will recommend and stay here again in the future."

"We had an awesome time at Little Dubai, Lot 102. The house has amazing views!!! The lot is one of the larger lots in Pacifico and has a ton of privacy and a lot of beautiful landscaping. Sort of a private oasis.....Very comfortable living/TV area as well with nice leather chairs and sofa. The pool was great as well. As noted from a previous renter, they need to add cushions to the outdoor wooden lounge chairs. Couldn't really use them without the cushions. This should be an easy fix. No closet...

"Lovely place right on the beach. Feels like a very Costa Rican place with beautiful outdoor lounging areas, lots of space inside, and a great location. As other reviews have mentioned, some locals will use the grass in front of the property for picnics but our experience was they were all very friendly. One guy even came back the next day to remove their garbage. We will definitely be coming back."

"We were a group of 6 couples and the house and property were perfect for us. The view was great, outdoor area couldn’t have been better. Fantastic sound system and all common areas in and out were ideal for a group of our size. We took advantage of the recommendations of the property management/concierge. Communication with Rich Coast was very responsive. We were even treated to seeing the monkeys come through one evening. The one thing I would suggest is to put up a curtain in the shower window in the bath off the kitchen so you can have a bit of privacy from the back deck sitting area other than that, everything was great!"

We were surprised to learn that there was conflicting information on the VRBO site about its exact location: the overview described it as walking distance from the beach, while the in-depth description clearly stated that it's in Sardinal. "to be honest the keys barely work and it's just a little bit rough with the parking. you have to use a key and then there's like a gate and then with the door it's very rough. but honestly it's amazing service. the girl in the leasing office is awesome and I do think it's a great place. there's only one pool though. they say there's six but you have to walk to different places so be careful with that. it's a little tough to get to and stuff but it is a nice place overall"

Absolutely fantastic!

"My husband and I loved our stay at this condo! It was exactly as advertised. Clean, spacious, well maintained, and steps to the beach. The owner, Sonny, was helpful with restaurant and activity recommendations and allowed us to check in early with no hassles. The property manager, Luis, came to find us when we arrived and were lost, two blocks away. (Completely our fault). There was a welcome basket of fruit and binders full of interesting information and ideas. We loved it so much that we have already recommended it to friends and family. Would definitely recommend it to anyone."
