"its about a 20min walk to the beach along city streets some without side walks. The Pacifico beach club they talk about is definitely a drive and it is 35/person over age 12. Pools were very nice. If you would like to do pickle ball or tennis you do need reservations, we brought our own paddles but got kicked out the first night even though was empty because didn’t have reservation. Overall property and playa de coco were beautiful. There is a walking/hiking trail with a fair amount of loose...

"The condo is in a great location with beautiful pools, close to beaches and a safe gated facility. We did have some problems with the air conditioning and hot water, but the management team was always quick to respond and fix the problems. However we never had hot water in 1 of the bathrooms. "

"We absolutely loved our stay! The house was just as pictured, very clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. There were three adults, and three kids (ages 9, and two 13 year olds) in our group. Having the pool in the backyard was great, and we ended most nights with the kids in the pool with one adult, while the other adults cooked dinner. The management company was very responsive to all of our questions, and we felt very safe in the community. We would definitely book this property...

"Our family of 8 had an amazing time. We all like to lounge in the sun so when I inquired about there only being 4 sun chairs, they went and purchased 4 more prior to our arrival. We did have an issue with the water pressure one day but after a text to the house manager he was there in 30 min and fixed the issue. The view from this house never got old. We felt so secluded but yet just a 4 min golf cart ride into town. I highly recommend the chef. 2 staff stayed for lunch and dinner and served us...

"We had a great 8 night stay. Handy man very responsive. Our frige went out and he brought us a cooler and ice and was fixed in short order. We got a flat tire on our rental van and he removed the tire took it to a local shop and had it fixed and returned and reinstalled it in less than an hour. in it was only 10 Of course he gave him way more for it. Having the pool and the beach was great - I would highly recomend this property!!!!"

"We loved our time here and the property management team were absolutely lovely. pool is smaller than pictures show - more like a wading pool but our kids still loved it. Ocean was excellent for body boards, highly recommend grabbing some if you have kids prior to your stay. Would have been nice to have a bit of a more stocked kitchen, and the fridge and freezer were not in the best condition. Freezer took 24 hours to freeze ice cubes and we had food go bad in fridge as it was sometimes warm....
