"The blanket had a stain on it. The bathroom had a lot of hair, and so did the towels. I had to clean the bathroom before I could use it. Otherwise, it is a suitable place to stay. They should have a halper for the chef who makes omelets for the customers. He doesn't look like he has much patience to help with the customers. "

"I truly enjoyed my experience this Thanksgiving at EUROSTAR! The hotel staff was very courteous and made it a memorable trip for my husband and I traveling with our infant for the first time. The property is conveniently located 2 blocks from Whole Foods, great bars and restaurants. But most importantly…. The breakfast at River North Bistro was magnificent! I would definitely return with family and recommend this place. Oh but there is 1 tiny con is that there aren’t any microwaves in room or in the hotel for that matter so our daughter had a few meals cold. Other than that I say this place is a lovely place. "

"It’s very quiet here. Clean a the staff is great! I had an issue with my booking. Expedia overbooked and the room I booked wasn’t available, Expedia also didn’t do their due diligence and realize their restaurant was closed as well so all factors unfortunately that affected us but the manager Tequila was so nice and wonderful and accommodating to our issue that Expedia did. The views are also a major plus at night! Thank you again Voco"
