"This is in a fancy part of town, across from the Hancock bldg. There are tons of great restaurants. The shops are… also fancy, translated - mostly for window shopping. It would be awesome if they had 2 people serving coffee in the morning because the line is long."

"We arrived at the hotel at about 11 AM. We checked our luggage free of charge which was nice. I decided to go upstairs to see if we could check in early. They did check us in early, which was super nice beautiful hotel very comfortable bed large bathroom we are on the 18th floor facing Michigan Avenue with a beautiful view. Front desk clerk was excellent offered many options for dining to us. Unfortunately, the bar area is closed on Sundays. That was the only downfall that I can say about this place beautifully decorated, and the entire staff was super friendly from the doorman to the security guard. Excellent location for shopping, dining, and hanging out downtown."

"I absolutely loved this hotel. I picked it randomly mostly by price and it turned out so much better than I expected. The staff was so helpful and friendly, the rooms were spacious and the beds were so comfy. The location couldn’t have been more perfect with easy access to everywhere. Tons of restaurants nearby. . This was a 5 star stay for a 3 star price. "
