"This apartment is spacious and has the benefit of the most wonderful views. Not mentioned is the stunning roof terrace that has marvellous 360• views across several bays. There is, perhaps, not enough explanation of using the facilities and I had to message the owner frequently over the first few days. My advice is to ensure that you know how to switch on the hot water, where the washing machine is and possibly how to connect the WiFi before you book. I would thoroughly recommend this...

"Die große Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie bietet mit 3 Schlafzimmern viel Platz. Die Aussicht aus dem Wohnzimmerfenster ist traumhaft. Auch die Lage ist sehr gut, da man einerseits direkt an der Bucht von Arinaga wohnt, aber auch mit Arinaga zentral genug am Autobahnnetz der Insel. Leider hatten wir bei Ankunft das Pech, dass die Putzfirma nicht gut gesäubert hat. Das konnte jedoch durch Carmelo schnell gelöst werden, sodass nach etwas Stress die Wohnung recht sauber war. "The property was as advertised. It was clean and everything we needed was provided. The Owner was very friendly and helpful, spoke good English. The only problem was the Hot water "run out" for half an hour on occasions, perhaps we showered too long. More information about Arinaga would be helpful but we found good local Restaurants after a day or so. Arinaga was a good Area to choose for us, out of "Tourist" area but easy access to Motorway to access the Islands Interest spots without...

"Het appartement is op steenworp afstand van het strand, helaas openden we de deur van het benedenhuis en de muffe geur sloeg op ons. Erg gezond en onaangenaam. Geen ventilatie!! Er is een vochtprobleem. We misten een koffiemachine en een waterkoker. Handdoeken en beddengoed schoon. Zo bij het strand zou het fijn zijn als er een parasol is en 2 strandstoeltjes. Communicatie met host prima. "
