"Very nice hotel, stayed in the family room which had plenty of room. We went all inclusive which had a good choice of food, if you didn’t go all inclusive you would struggle to find many restaurants in the San Agustin area you would need to go further afield "

"The hotel room was spacious and clean. The staff were always accommodating and friendly, often greeting us as we entered and left. The pool and gym facilities were great. We booked a breakfast included package and the meals were always nice. It's located very close to the busiest area of Maspalomas so not suitable if you want a quiet holiday but for us it was perfect. "Amazing facilities - what a place. If you want a luxury stay that’s child friendly and has delicious food then here’s your place. We stayed half board and it was more than enough for us, I think full board would have been too much if anything! Trying to find fault I would say the area doesn’t have a great deal of places to go, but lovely shops along the beach front and places to go, just not loads to explore. But there is more than enough to keep you happy at the resort with plenty of different pools and activities - if that’s the type of holiday you’re looking for it’s absolutely spot on!"
