The staff was helpful with scheduling activities, and no fault of theirs that the activity wasn’t as advertised. We rode horseback to the waterfall meaning we rode horses up one side of a mountain and had to walk down to the waterfall and back up, was told it was 400 steps and it was literally 9000, straight down and back up. "

"The view at this resort was beautiful. The pool was a big hit with our family and ee werw able to get a taste of the wildlife (toucans, other birds). The rooms were beautiful, clean and spacious. The facility was well maintained. I'd recommend this resort for couples or for a family. A 15 min drive from the town center. Perfect if you have a vehicle. "
