"We stayed with 2 families to enjoy Brugge and the beach. The house is very pretty, lots of style and very roomy. Love the sunroom to hang out and talk/play games. Everything was super clean and all amenities where there to cook a good meal. Location to the beach is super easy, Bredene is a very small town but has all you need and Oostende is a short distance away."

"We had the most wonderful stay. It was exquisite. Unbelievable how perfectly it has been preserved with 14th century stained glass and a view from a fairytale. We were welcomed warmly by David who is a gifted artist and the breakfast was fine dining. We couldn’t have wished for a more perfect stay and we’re grateful he shared his gorgeous home. "On first impressions the property seemed ok but on further inspection it was dirty and strange in the way it was managed. We would not return to this property as security is a big issue. "

"Firstly this b&b is most certainly NOT in a rural location as described by Expedia and is definitely NOT multilingual. Just the one member of ‘staff’. The b&b is in the city centre and surrounded by buildings. The only parking is on street - if your lucky. The place does not have its own ‘free parking’ at all. We arrived at b&b at 20.00 after booking our room at 13.30 on the same day to find no one there. Proprietor eventually appeared from property next door as we phoned him and he had no idea...

"Location was perfect, able to walk to all main sites, hotel just off main market square and canal with boat trips 1 min away. Staff at hotel excellent. Only minus if staying in guest house is there are no lifts and two flights of stairs but rooms are lovely."

"Everyone should be so lucky so stay in this beautiful guest house. Lyne went above & beyond to great us on arrival. The superior breakfast food & service was exceptional. Beautiful canal view. We would definitely return! 5 stars should be 10 stars "
