"Met by host, Serge, who gave us a great welcome and intro to property. Host had included some welcome treats, including a bottle of champagne and Belgian chocolates.. and Christmas decorations as we celebrated Christmas here. Fully equipped kitchen, heating and comfy beds meant a great stay. We used the cottage as a base for exploring the area and it was great- the beachfront at De Haan was beautiful and easy access to Ghent and Bruges… Great communication and check out procedure… Thanks so much...

"Positives: Nice design furniture/amenities and very well equipped in general. Cosy house with good division of space. There is an outdoors space with a grill. The house is very well equipped for children (high chair, dishes, toys, seat adaptors, etc.). Close to supermarkets. 5-10 minutes bike ride to town center. Everything was clean when handed over. You get what you read on the listing. Good value for price (end of June). Negatives: We had to bring our own bedsheet and towels, which we found...

"Die Nähe zum Strand mit 7 min Autofahrt ist sehr gur. Die Betten sind groß und haben gute Matratzen. Die küche bietet das nötigste, wasman braucht. Zwei Gartenliegen waren auch vorhanden, wie auch ein Grill und einem großen Sonnenschirme. Die Treppe ins Obergeschoss ist steil mit sehr schmalen stufen. Dies liegt aber an der bauweise solcher Ferienhäuser. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten einen tollen urlaub. Die Kommunikation mit den vermietern lief unkompliziert. "

"Pascal was great, he communicated well and was helpful prior to arrival. The property is in a quiet area but literally minutes from the busy streets, which is nice relief from the crowds. So great suggestions for restaurants on Du Phare on the outer ring mostly locals and food excellent-our favourite of the trip. "Me and my boyfriend chose this property for 2 nights since it looked very spacious, modern, and near to the city centre. Our expectations were met, AND exceeded. It was beautiful, spacious, and cozy. And the bed was incredibly comfortable, even though they were two twin beds connected. The bathroom was modernised and had lots of space for toiletries etc. The room even had controlled heating and wifi. "Gorgeous house over 3 floors, beautifully decorated and kitchen with everything required. Hosts were very helpful and we followed their recommendation for a local tapas bar for our first night - food was incredible! Would thoroughly recommend this house as a base for your visit to Bruges. "

"Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, sauber und verfügt über eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Es riecht etwas muffig, was wohl an den älteren Möbeln liegt, aber mit Raumspray ist das kein Thema mehr. Leider war die Waschmaschine defekt und der Wasserdruck lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Benutzt jemand den Wasserhahn, ist duschen nicht mehr möglich und andersrum. Schön wäre es, wenn im Badezimmer oben ein Duschvorhang angebracht werden würde, damit man beim abbrausen nicht das ganze Bad unter Wasser setzt. Wer...

"The property was clean, comfortable and cosy. Great location in that it was easy to get to Brugge Center via bus or car and also in that the area of sint Andries was beautiful and has great shops. We also went to the lago Olympia which is worth a visit with the kids. Will be back!"
