"Free breakfast(although limited space) is just enough for short term traveller like me. The reception allowed us and other guests waiting in lobby to check in 15mins earlier because they finished roomkeeping before check-in time(I guess) and I greatly appreciate that. Although the hotel is on the "quiter" side of the Nagano station, but it is walkable so you will not be short of options for restaurants and other necessities. "

"Very pleasant stay. Walking distance to everything. My only minor negative feedback would be the western breakfast. The eggs, bacon and sausages were all cold as they were not kept covered in the bain marie. "

"A great location 15min walking distance to Jr Station. Very nice and clean. Plenty of drink bending machine, cup noodles and coin laundry downstairs. We skipped breakfast service and opted for outside instead. Thoroughly recommended. "

"This was great value for a hotel room right beside Nagano Station. I was surprised when entering the lobby by how nice the hotel was, since what I paid would have been for a budget hotel. The room was clean and had all the standard amenities. The staff were helpful with things like shipping our luggage and answering questions."
