This property is always packed during the labs week at Adams State. Its a very opular spot for reservaions because its a decent hotel is a great location with good prices!

Very nice Motor Hotel, Feels new, without the typical smells, rickety feel, loose plumbing, ‘out-of-order’things, delaminated features, etc. in so many rural/small city facilities. Note they have a nice buffet at breakfast, but you will need to drive for restaurants or a bar.

The location was great. It was easy for us to visit the University and get to restaurants. The hotel was comfortable and the staff was wonderful - especially the gentleman who was serving up breakfast. He was very friendly and attentive. Thank you 😊

The staff were very nice, informative and attentive. They allowed us to check in early. The pool and hot tub felt amazing after long hikes at The Great Sand Dunes NP. This hotel is right by the movies and restaurants. The free breakfast was bigger than expected and very yummy! We would stay here again!

Staff was very polite upon arrival and checkout. Room was nice and clean. Quiet for the most part. Only thing I didn’t care for was the musty, almost mildew smell coming from the heating/cooling unit.
