"We really enjoyed the house! We loved watching the deer and turkeys every morning. Extra perks included lots of extra blankets in every room, a continuous hot water heater, and 3.5 bathrooms. The kids loved the queen bunk beds. Minor things that could be improved on was there was no where to put full trash bags and a few extra hangers would have been helpful. "Beautiful location with fantastic views of the surrounding area. We enjoyed our stay by spending time by the fireplace with the kids enjoying the pool and hot tub and hiking in the national forest. Excellent place for large family gatherings. We did have a couple issues which Bill addressed and made sure we were happy. We will be back again!"

"Property is conveniently located on the wolf creek side of Southfork. Check in/out was easy. Great set up for adult couples with kids for beds/space. Fans and smart TVs in all bedrooms. Kids enjoyed game room area and having their own TV in second living area. Property is older as far as finishes/interior but very well kept and clean. Kitchen stocked well. "Our family really enjoyed our stay. This house is amazing. The negative the beds were firm which wasn’t negative for part of our crew. The area was extremely quiet. The river was awesome behind it. We like to cook. There was plenty of supplies that was a positive. A message to the host if we’re coming back to the area, I would stay there again in a heartbeat."

"The cabin was in a great location. The cleanliness overall was impeccable except for the urine stains on the carpet in the master bedroom. Would have been nice to be informed of no AC. That being said, everything else was great and would highly recommend!! All kitchen utensils were provided. Check in/out was a breeze. "
