"We loved the view and location. The size of the room was perfect. But the room smelled humid and cleaniness can be better. The towels smelled funny, but could be due to the humidity. "

"It's an older property that needs a bit of TLC. The elevator was out of order when we stayed there. Some paint peeling off the walls in the room, sink drained slowly and shower leaked a bit. They definitely need to get new mattresses. Ours was sagging a bit. Still, a nice, quaint little hotel in downtown St. Pete's at a reasonable price."

"We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, the food at Ocean Hai and the lobby bar was excellent. Loved the Key Lime Pie and Alyssa made perfect drinks. Very consistent."
