"The property is actually quite nice on the inside. You wouldn't be able to tell from the outside. It's difficult to get to especially if you have luggage. The taxi driver dropped me off 5 mins away and I managed to walk past it even though I was trying to follow Google maps. You get a welcome drink & breakfast is in the courtyard area. "I stayed there with my family- 2 rooms and they were a nice size; the spa and hamman were very nice and the staff couldn’t have been nicer-so all in all a good choice. I personally did not care for the breakfast and while it is a very good location for being near but not in the souk cars cannot come or drop you right at your door so a woman alone or anyone with a walking problem might not be comfortable there "

"The hotel is just beautiful. There are special things to discover everywhere. One of our favorites was the secret ice cream parlor in the magnificent garden. Orange trees complemented by the delicate scent of date and birdsong surround you. The staff is also incredibly thoughtful and welcoming. We were so sad when it was time to leave."

"Everyone at front desk was very helpful, helping with directions, Abdel suggested places around to dine. Hussein in the kitchen was super nice. The location was great, steps away from the square and very convenient for pickup during day trips. My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights, we would definitely recommend this Riad."

"Really pleased with the hotel and the staff were very helpful and friendly- we are both veggie and didn’t have a problem with the food options but we may have found it repetitive if we had stayed longer. Our only concern was that housekeeping knocked on our door at 22.45 one night I think to give us something but we didn’t feel happy answering the door."

"I wish to thank everyone who took care of my sister and I during our visit. From the front gate, the front desk, the dining room to the spa we felt pampered, safe and comfortable. We arranged transportation ahead of arrival and Adil was very kind and the ride was smooth. We were greeted with hot mint tea and moroccan snacks upon arrival. The riad is richly and comfortable furnished with options to sit and read, play chess, or enjoy the sights and sounds of the Red City from the rooftop. The food was absolutely delicious! I enjoyed the breakfast especially which included freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee, drinkable yogurt, french pastries, a flaky frangrant flatbread (mssemen, sp?), moroccan bread (khobz, sp?), assorted jams, fresh fruit and a well appointed table and dining room. We chose the oriental ritual which included a full body scrub in a wet sauna and an exquisite massage. The rooms had bottled water, moroccan snacks and clean bed and bath linens. At the front desk, they will call a taxi for you and let you know what the typical price would be. Lastly they are happy to give you directions and guidance if you are looking for something specific in Jemma al-Fna ( ~10 min walk to the medina). So, if you are interested in peace, rest and full stomach around genuinely kind people this is the place for you! Thanks again Riad Andallaspa❤️ 🙏 ."

"Our stay at Kzar Anika Riad was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. Every corner was well-maintained, showing the care and effort put into making guests feel at home. Breakfast was another highlight –delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. It was the perfect way to start our days of exploring. The location is also ideal, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to many major attractions. Perfect riad

"The perfect place to stay for a first visit to Marrakech. Amazingly friendly and helpful staff that make you feel like family. Great location, peaceful riad with all the comforts you need. Lovely roof terraces and pools. Close to all the sights but nice and quiet. Felt very safe all the time. The staff really make this place, a great team. We would definitely stay here again, excellent value. Highly recommended. "
