The hotel has a partner taxi company it works with who give tours and great recommendations for places to eat out. "Enjoyable. Downside music from other residents until after 2am. Complained to reception and they promised to talk to the culprits. Rooms clean and huge. Needs updating. It's equivalent to 3 star but the setting in the nature is definitely 5 star."

"On out side hotel looks beautiful but bathrooms are dirty. Toilet seats do not fit the toilet. Food hygiene poor. Two out of four of us got bad food poisoning. Taxi arranged by hotel to pick us up at airport never arrived. There was algae growing in the pool . Conceiarge helped to choose activities but rest of the staff are not well trained or managed."

"Check in staff at the Golf Resort were fantastic and extremely helpful and accomodating. The Golf course was in great condition and a delight to play. The suite was in need of an update to fixtures & fittings in particularl the towels, door handles, plug points and wardrobe doors needed more tlc. Lovely gardens with great view points and lots of water fountains. A big concern was that the clean up staff washed down the paths every morning between 9-10am which meant that it was very slippery...

"Stayed in Villa 14 & it was amazing. The service daily, the chef and the property were all immaculate. It’s great even for American standards. My only precaution would be if you’re afraid of bugs and the occasional lizard have someone else with you. As a kid I always dealt with this in a rural town so it didn’t bother me but surely a city slicker may find it problematic. All of the staff were top notch."
