"The hotel has a great ide. A resort on the outskirts of the city. They just need to maintain the hotel a little better. We enjoyed the pool and the activities. The food was pretty average. I hoped for better but I did find stuff to eat. The drinks at the bar were below average. The coffee was terrible. The cappuccino was instant. They have a great coffee machine in the bar but that had limited hours. The main area had terrible coffee. Alas, the beautiful gardens and pool made the trip."

The manager of the hotel asked to leave because the hotel was privatised between the time we did the booking and the time we arrived to hotels. And this dituation was not his problem. The discussion happened outside the hotel because they didn't allowed us to acceed the reception. "I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and the people working there. However, the place it is situated is not very touristic and was unexpected. The breakfast was not really appealing. I would not recommend the hotel to someone who wants a relaxing holiday, it isnt a place to relax. Indoor of the hotel is beautiful though. Rooms arent as comfortable and the cleanliness would not be 100% I feel they should include televisions into the rooms."

"We stayed 5 nights and it was excellent. Very friendly staffs though they speak little English. Clean and beautiful surroundings. Good choice of food apart from BBQ where mostly beef is served, no other options. Reception desk is too small and limited so at busy times expect long wait for check in/out. Overall very satisfying holiday, will be back."
