"Francisco, Karien, Ava and the res of the staff were great!!! They assisted with all our day tours and transportation. Nice having laundry service available and a great breakfast every morning. My wife & I enjoyed the location (nice & quiet) away from the noise of downtown. Would certainly go back to this facility."

"We visited Cloud Forest Lodge early March and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location of the hotel is just slightly off the beaten path, giving you the true rainforest feel. The property has trails to explore, animals can be spotted throughout the grounds. We were surprised to see no tv, but that was just lack of research on our part. Staff were always friendly and helpful with any inquiries we had. Would definitely consider staying there again on our next visit to Monteverde."

"The staff here is exceptional. Cesar is a great host and will do whatever it takes to make your stay memorable. He booked our white-water rafting trip for us. Chris, in the restaurant, was very attentive and even passed along some messages from the rafting company to us. It is about 20 minutes out of La Fortuna with a beautiful view of Lake Arenal. Lots of birds to see, too. This was the 2nd time we’ve stayed here and when we get back to CR, we will stay there again. "

"This hotel is simply the best in all aspects, great ambience, aesthetically designed, I simply loved the interior and exterior decoration, meticulously planned and designed, I could not resist taking photos at the bar the because the way it is designed, breakfast was best with options to chose from, front desk team helped me to chose the type of activities with some great recommendations.. they have accommodated our request for keeping luggage as well as use of washrooms when we returned even after we returned.. all in all a great place to stay at Monteverde.. "The room was exactly as depicted on the website. Breakfasts were great, and we saw some beautiful birds right on the property (motmot and parrot). We were given misinformation about a tour and were told that the park entrance fee was included but it was not. Overall, we would stay at this property again."
