"Had an amazing 3 night stay at Taj Mahal Towers in January. Everything about this trip was indulgent, magical and pure luxury. From the blessing on entering the lobby, to the wonderful welcome from Jay at check-in, to entering our room with a view directly to the Gateway to India (it was a pleasure to sit in the room and watch the sunrise through the gateway). The room was modern and clean, the only downside was that our room was opposite the lift but all sea view rooms were on the side of the lifts. We had a very calm and serene breakfast alfresco each morning by the pool and the waiters were extremely attentive. High tea at Sea Lounge was a fabulous experience, with the Indian street food a tasty surprise option. Once again the waiting staff were delightful. Cannot fault anything in our stay and if staying in Mumbai again, the Taj Mahal towers would be my only choice. Thank you to all the team for making our stay unforgettable. "

"Fantastic hotel near Mumbai airport with great dining and transportation options. This hotel helped my mom that missed her flight a few months ago in a last-minute booking. Really appreciated that. Booked again for our vacation. Great experience. Some feedback: Room 220 has has a window next to the bathtub that leaks into the main sleeping area. Could have used a few more power outlets or a USB outlet or two. In-hotel dining was delicious. Keep up the great work and service. "

"This hotel is five stars all the way for an overnight stay before catching your flight. The staff in the cafe are SUPERB and the food is excellent. Breakfast buffet is amazing (and that is coming from someone who doesnt really like buffets). Only one criticism: the gym is enormous and beautiful, so why do the rusty elliptical machines look and perform as if they were salvaged from an old gym 20 years ago?"
