"The only reason on property conditions that i gave it 3 stars was because it is under construction and i hope the painting is not completed in the room i was in. It needed a little more attention to details around trim, fixtures, etc. Not a big deal overall."

"We took our 3 grandchildren ages 6, 8 and 10 to Chicago as a Christmas gift. We chose this resort because of the water park. They had a blast! We then drove to Shedd Aquarium for a day, which was a very doable drive, 1 1/2 hours and still had time for them to come back and swim. The life guards were very observant of the kids swimming and did a great job. The amusement center was an added bonus as well as an on sight restaurant, snack shop and bar. "Very clean, accommodating and friendly. I have absolutely no complaints. I CANNOT say that about the nearby hotels. I travel frequently to this area and recommend this hotel over any in the area. Definitely my spot for future stays. Our front desk gentleman was THE BEST!!!"
