"We loved our stay at Bruce and Claudia’s little hideaway! It was a great place to stay with our dogs during a trip to the Placerville area. It’s close enough to downtown, but far enough away to experience the peace and quiet of the river! Everything was as described, you have your own space and privacy, but they are close by if you ever need anything. We will definitely come back and stay again!"

"This little cottage was perfect for what we needed. When I tell you Faye thought of everything I mean *everything*. There was a lovely gift basket, every toiletry item imaginable, I don't think I've ever seen a place so well set up. The little garden outside is beautiful, the neighborhood is really nice too. Everything was perfect and Faye was very friendly but also let us keep to ourselves which I appreciated since I'm definitely on the shyer side. 100/10 would stay again! Thank you, Faye!"

"This is a fantastic property. A spacious 2 bedroom property with a dog lover's dream yard. Lovingly updated interior that retains the original property's unique charm. Tons of hiking and outdoors stuff to do within a 30 minute drive nearby. Would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"All correspondence with hosts was through VRBO messaging & they were very efficient in making sure we got all the information we needed to stay comfortably. The location was perfect for us because it was centrally located near places we decided to go to. The one-bedroom, one bath home was clean & had some complimentary items, extra bedding, towels, & cookware we could use. The neighborhood was quiet & easy to get to with plenty of parking outside to park. Will definitely stay here if we return...
