The rooftop pool is a nice idea, but it’s way too small for the number of customers it can accommodate. Additionally, the railing needs improvement for safety. The main reason I didn’t give this property a high rating is the lack of customer support. I encountered several issues that weren’t resolved despite being assured they would be handled. "

"The Hotel Was Great But I Only Got The Room So I Could Smoke Without Homeless People Asking Me For A Cigarette.. But Once I Paid For The Room It Pulled Up Smoking Wasn’t Allowed On The Balcony.. I Just Wish That Was In The Description Before Paying The Extra Money For Nothing && Just Opted For A Regular Room On Canal Because I Still Had To Leave My Room To Smoke.. "
