"We were greeted by an individual whose first words to us were you didn't pay enough but that is ok because your TV does not work. Then I was told that my amount owed was $30 less than what I already paid. When we went up to the room it was old, dirty not well kept, nor was it safe. The shower current was what appeared to be a Dollar Tree Liner (looked like a garbage bag) there were old tattered towels. "The host is amazing and was fast and very attentive to anything we needed. We had trouble with some outdoor lights and there was someone there to fix them in 10 minutes. My family cooks a LOT...and the kitchen and dining areas were great for our family reunion. The pool slide is fast and very fun! Great times had by all. Would stay here again. Thanks to the host and staff for making this a great experience for our family!"
