Great location food comfortable friendly service
"Hotel in beautiful valley. Restaurant has big windows for the views. Food and service excellent. We had dinner and breakfast. Very helpful friendly staff on reception and restaurant. Food is pub style. Good value.
Comfy bed. Bathroom with bat and shower. Need shower cap uf not wanting to wash hair.
Hotel is opposite the mill which houses theatre and is the entrance for Wookey Hole Caves park . We were lucky as there was a talent show in the evening.
Wookey Hole Caves were great fun, do go to circus shows in the theatre.
Wookey Hole attraction consists of:
* Caves tour - we did normal walking, but can book for climbing pot-holing adventure
* animatronic dinosaur garden
* circus shows
* 4D cinema
* hall of mirrors
* arcades
* cave diving exhibition
* local archaeology
* paper making demonstrations
Can go around as many times as you wish
