"The lake and beach were so beautiful! The house was great to except for the electrical problems that caused the breaker to trip. We couldn’t have two appliances on at the same time in the kitchen or a breaker would trip and that caused the TV and internet to go out! We moved things around and made it work. The refrigerator was the biggest problem. It is old and was not adequate for a 14 person stay . Water leaked on everything and there was a puddle in the bottom of the fridge everyday I would...

"Lots of the reviews said something like "the best stocked rental house we've stayed out"...and that was exactly what we experienced. 2 kayaks, 3 SUPs, life jackets, plenty of nice beach chairs and umbrellas, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and beach towels, soap/shampoo in both bathrooms...I could go on and on. "We had a great stay in this quaint little home. Nice neighborhood with a one minute walk to nearby lake. Quick drive into downtown Grand Haven as well. Host strolled over for a short visit and offered recommendations for local eateries. Very enjoyable!"

"All aspects of this property met our expectations except for the bedroom situation. The property is listed as 5 bedrooms, but only one bedroom (new addition) has full walls. The other 4 bedrooms have open rafter ceiling which makes each room connected as far as noise is concerned. If you are traveling with other couples, this may not be advantageous. That being said, the location is great and the view from the deck is lovely. Jay is also a very gracious host. "

"Tin Tin II is the perfect getaway house for families. We had 3 generations assemble for the long MLK weekend - perfect location, great views ( and sunsets). The house is lovely- well cared for and well stocked. If you have an opportunity to stay there I highly recommend it. "

Aesthetically, the owner has excellent taste and everything worked together. But there were areas that could use some maintenance/updates. "Home had everything you could imagine - we had fires on the deck, watched beautiful sunsets, shared meals and laughs. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with plenty of living space for us to spread out. So many bathrooms made things smooth when getting ready to explore the area. The beach was fabulous. Parking was the only slight complaint and we made it work."
