"Everything that the owner of this property did was wonderful except .....I suggest he provide some bars of soap to wash with. When asked if there was soap, we were instructed to use the liquid bottles of Dove and other watered down soap left by prior occupants. These were locked in closet we were given the combination to get in. When paying $400 a night, having soap is not a lot to ask for. Also our stay was somewhat impacted by whoever stayed above us. There was constant noise in the room...

"Had such a wonderful time at Outer Banks Beach Resort. The room was clean and lovely with a beautiful view of the ocean and the Wright Brothers Monument. Easy walking to the beach, as well as the pools on the resort property. My family and I loved it here! Would highly recommend to any family looking for a relaxing vacation at the beach."

"After making a decision to leave Ocracoke Island following news that tropical storm Ophilia was forecast to hit the Outer Banks, we decided to leave the island and head inland to try and salvage the remainder of our week-long vacation. We settled on Manteo since we wanted to visit the Christmas Store and take in a few other attractions. Unfortunately, the weather continued to deteriorate so we decided to pack up a second time and leave for home. We were literally in the Cameron House Inn room...
