It was winter getaway for three days from cold winter of Massachusetts, my wife and I decided to try this place and wasn’t disappointed. Entire place was nice and clean, plenty of parking space, big room with a little kitchen aide, free complimentary breakfast was just perfect, they offered different options every morning. I will recommend this place.

I liked the fact that everything smelled clean to the rooms, hotel and elevator. The rooms are fantastic and clean. What I didn't like: I had booked a one bedroom suite and I was given a suite w mobility bathroom. No other rooms like that available so I had to take just a suite. I had everything unpacked and the front desk called saying they had a one bed suite available. I just decided to stay in that room since I was unpacked. Another thing I disliked was that people who had pets didn't clean up their dog's poop. One new edition that I liked was the new dog park fenced in area.

Friendly check in, we had a suite but disappointing that although full kitchen there is no dining table & chairs. There is a small sofa with small table tray and a pull out table on wheels with computer chair, so eating a meal tricky. No easy chairs either. Wish i had just booked a standard room. Breakfast not to my taste To get to beach you have to cross a road and obtain access via their swimming pool and boardwalk.

Hotel was decent - property could use a lot of maintenance for only being 5 years old. Overall clean, free breakfast was nice and good selection. Rooms are on the small side, and cleaning service is only every other day IF you request. Kitchenette in room is nice - and pool facilities/oceanfront area very nice! Walls are a bit thin, so if you're as lucky as we were to have someone above you who is up and moving around ALL night long - you will hear it clearly.

A pleasant getaway
The rooms were comfortable but there was only one chair which was at a desk, windows unable to open, no fans, no balconies...no means of getting fresh air into room. It did have a delightful observation deck next to the beach which we utilized. Also, in order to have internet, we had to join the Marriott group. Also, no recycling so we brought our recyclables home to recycle.

Hot breakfast and baked goods not great. Not a lot of choice and not fresh bakery. Larger towels for the beach/pool area would have been good. Although we did have an ocean view it could only be seen at an angle and was obscured by buildings!

The lady at the desk not so helpful or friendly. The hotel room was not clean. False eyelashes stuck to a clip board, tape all over the ceilings, floors dirty and smelled. We have stayed here last year and was so much better that visit.
