The lady promised to check with hotels.com the same day and email me. Now 3 weeks later, I still got no refund. Or any responds. I called 2 times, and emailed with documentation 3 times, only to get the info that she did not get my emails. But after...

"Casi imposible contactar con los propietarios,faltavan servicios los quales en la reserva se incluian,no sabian nada de nuestra reserva y le dieron nuestra habitacion a otros huespedes q se quedaron fuera al ver q la habitacion estava ocupada,nos supo muy mal por ellos pq reservaron hace cinco meses y nosotros tansolo el dia antes,la recepcion nos la hacieron otros huespedes despues de estar media hora intentando contactar,,estando mal aparcados enmedio de la calle cuando en los filtros previos...
