"Beautiful property, wonderful rooms. Got a great upgrade - thanks Expedia! Amazing Asian hospitality unmatched in any other continent. Our stay allowed us to access all the restaurants and facilities for the 5 hotels in the strip through the beach. Also free access to expensive water park. Was great for my kids. Too many great highlights. Would be back here the next time for sure. Some cons: fantastic location for dining in the hotel, right on the lagoon, but no control for non-stop...

"The concept of the hotel is brilliant, a novelty being able to travel around by boat. Staff, majority Indian Pakistan super friendly and helpful. Food good but need to book or some restaurants will be booked out by external visitors. There was a fairly long wait to both check in and check out which really takes the edge of a luxury welcome experience."
