"Property is well maintained but the hotel is joined with a resident area so you have to take a seperate elevator to get to your room and to the roof top pool. Can be quite inconvenient if mobility is an issue. Pool view of the Burj Khalifa is a gem but pool lounge chairs are hard to get as you cannot hold your chairs. "Excellent location but the room could do with some updating as cupboards were worn, coffee machine didn’t work and a few other niggling issues. The service was great though, very polite and service orientated. When we called for more pillows, they were there within minutes"

"Firstly, the booking we initially made was Damac Royale Tower, however this tower was apparently shut down and only available as a residence and not aparthotel. We were changed to Damac Maison Distincton. Our stay for 4 nights was decent, we had many issues though. 1. When we arrived to check in, we knew we were early so we offloaded luggage and checked in knowing our room wont ve ready we advised the valet not to park our car as we would be leaving in a few minutes. "One of Our Best Family Holidays! We stayed at Sofitel The Palm Dubai from March 29 to April 4 as a family of four, and had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is very clean, beautifully maintained, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, with a great variety that changed daily. Our younger son has severe food allergies, and we were incredibly impressed by the level of care and attention he received. Special thanks to Chef Diego and Manager Prakash at Manava Restaurant for preparing safe meals for him every day. The Food & Beverage Manager, Lasantha Fernando, personally met with us on arrival and explained how the team would support us throughout the stay. The entire hotel staff was aware of our son’s condition and handled everything with professionalism and kindness. Our Family Deluxe Suite was spacious and perfect for a family. The in-room kitchen, washer, and water purifier were especially useful. We also really enjoyed the beach and the calm atmosphere. We felt safe, relaxed, and truly cared for. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel—especially for families with special dietary needs."
