"This wonderful little apartment has all the amenities needed for a great stay. Nice sleeping area, nice bathroom, great view and nice little eating nook. The location is perfect with literally a dozen restaurants within a stones throw. It is very easy to get on the the local trolly cars, Tuk Tuks, cabs or Uber from your front door. Excursions to other areas of Lisbon and even further like Sintra are easy to setup due to this. The owners were great communicators and easy to get a hold of....

"Amazing stay! I was able to check in early and water and essentials was waiting for me. I appreciated the clear and consistent communication. Close to amazing food places, and overall the studio was clean and very comfortable! Unsure why reviews seem mixed, I thought the studio was cozy, clean and very comfortable!"

"We had a welcoming and warm greeting by Ana once we arrived. She showed us the property thoroughly which was very clean and beautifully designed. The amazing view from the balcony is just as the pictures show. Location is great, just a short walk to the main street. Our stay was very comfortable and relaxing. "

"We loved our stay at this house in Estoril. Check-in was easy and everything was clean and ready for us. The bedrooms and common areas were very comfortable too. The pool was lovely, but we weren’t able to spend much time in it due to some very cold weather but I think it would be terrific in the summer. Would highly recommend. "

"There was an odor of mildew throughout the house but especially in the lower level bedrooms. The stove didn’t work so we weren’t able to do any cooking- but the house is large enough for a family and was fine for us as we didn’t end up spending much time there. The kids liked seeing the goats and chickens,"

"Spotless, well equipped, hosts were very friendly and helpful. Couple of tweaks needed, side tables or wall mounted shelves either side of the bed, and a comfortable couch to sit on. More seating outside. Otherwise, wonderful property. "

"Easy check in process and easy to find. The flat is in a local street with a pizza place, some bars and a great cafe all nearby. Just round the corner are other shops, cafes and restaurants. The flat is clean, modern and was suitable for 4 adults to have separate rooms - one room being the other side of the nice outside terrace. "

"Stayed there with my sister and brother in law and godson, and we loved every bit. Great location, quiet and enjoyable. The garden with swimming pool is perfect to have an outdoor meal and relax. Def recommend, and would like to stay there again."

"Everything was easy and simple. Communication with Miguel was great! He allowed us to check in early so we didn’t have to drag luggage around lisbon. We had everything we needed and walked everywhere and the metro was very very close!"

"Property is nice, as advertised. We really liked how it is in a quiet area/neighborhood. Lots of restaurants/stores within the area. Host is nice, helpful and very++ responsive to our messages. The only thing is, the hot water is kind of hard to control and it ran out on our last day, but good thing is that, the host was very responsive and prompt to fix it. "

"The apartment itself was spacious, ( we weren’t expecting it to be two floors!) had good amenities (washer and dryer), and in a great location for proximity to dining, public transportation, sight seeing and attractions. Unfortunately there was a homeless encampment very close to the apartment that we had to walk by every morning and the whole area often smelled like urine. "We had a few days to explore Lisbon after our cruise but had no idea of what to see. The staff offered suggestions and arranged a local tour agency to get us on tours that would hit the highlights. and very reasonably priced as well. also the tours had hotel pick up which made it very convenient. whenever I had a question about anything, they were more than helpful, had a great three days there. would definitely recommend."
