"One night stay on outskirts of Liverpool. Ample car parking. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable and had all the facilities needed. Only minor issues were that the shower did not drain properly and that the bathroom basin tap was extremely difficult to close, perhaps indicating the property maintenance could be better. "The guest rooms are spotless, very clean with a minimal aesthetic. While I personally tend to prefer colour and some personality, the rooms are calming, the large beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are lovely, with a massive shower. Inside the room there's a safe, iron and ironing board, but the one thing we found really odd was that for such a new hotel, none of the plugs included USB outlets, so you'll need to bring a 3 pin plug charging cable for your phone. Only concern was that the service was rather slow during the evening meal meaning that we when we tried to order dessert we were informed that the kitchen had closed (our reservation was at 7.30pm). However, when I complained at Reception, my complaint was resolved very quickly and to our satisfaction."
