"We’ve stayed at this hotel before, and it continues to impress. The staff is absolutely stellar, always going above and beyond to ensure a great stay. The hotel is perfectly located with easy access to the mountains, restaurants, and shopping areas. A special shoutout to the front desk team, housekeeping, and the gentleman maintaining the grounds. We had the pleasure of meeting him this week by the firepit, and his warmth and attentiveness made our stay even more memorable. We'll definitely be back again"

"Snow removal was a real problem after heavy snowfall! Our first room was 80 degrees, and three attempts with maintenance provided no relief and we were forced to move to smaller standard room"
