"Overall, the stay was wonderful. The room was spacious. the view to the lake and mountains was outstanding. The decorations were fabulous. The food in The View for breakfast and The Cottage for dinner was pretty good, although the buffet breakfast items were cold. Also, I couldn't use the buffet because there are a couple of stairs without a handrail to get from the seating area (I use a cane and need a handrail if I am carrying something.) The big problem was checking in. They have a sign for...

"We were at the Hotel for my Grandson's wedding. We were extremely pleased with the cleanliness, service and friendliness of all the staff. They could not have picked a better venue to be married. Beautiful Christmas decorations added to the event. We also attended the New Year's Eve Gala and had a wonderful time. Thank you for a successful and a wonderful event."

"There was no working tv no wifi. Did not have hot water. Drain leaked. Sheets has hairs on them. There wasn’t a mini refrigerator or microwave for late night after concert to have . The Stewarts closed early. "

"I love that I can bring my dog & at a very reasonable fee of an extra 25 dollars. They always give us a ground floor room which makes taking the dog out at night or early very convenient. Doggie bags are provided in case you forget. It’s a basic motel but very clean. Been staying here for years now. Staff is always pleasant & accommodating. "

"I make 3-5 trips a year to this area to visit family and this is always my go to place to stay. I don't know if I've ever met a friendlier staff, especially at the front desk. And that's anytime of the day. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is fine. I don't think there's a better place to stay for this price. "

"Exterior is under renovations. I hope they take care of the interior next. Room furnishings are extremely worn out and the carpeting needs replacing. The chair in my room was busted and unsafe to use during my stay. Everything else with the room was fine. I will stay again. "
