"The room is perfect. Getting the upgrade with a balcony was a very nice thing the hotel did for us. My husband cand walk long distances and needed a room by the elevator. The room service is top notch and the food is phenomenal. Everyone treated us fantastic. "

"We were there off season so it really was very quiet and peaceful. The customer service was beyond compare and the room was large and comfortable. The balcony was perfect and the view was amazing. The pool and hot tub in the main lodge were wonderful but a bit more of a “hike” for us from the Waterfront Collection. Unfortunately I found the pool and hot tub at the Lake Lodge to be in disrepair so we did not use them despite the fact that they were closer. "
