"Staff were generally friendly and helpful. At checkin, we were given a room at level 2, which was without park view. Following long liaison with reception staff, we got a room at level 8. Staff of valet parking and restaurant were friendly. The hotel is bit outdated. Chlorine in pool and spa pool was too strong which made our eyes irritated. We gave up after one visit. "

"The property is in a good central location and is very nice in the public areas such as the lobby and restaurant. Unfortunately the rooms are getting very tired and dated and need a freshen up for sure. All the staff we came across were nice and friendly and helpful. The one thing i would recommend changing is with your breakfast package, you need to include 1 free barista coffee per person per breakfast, the automatic coffee machine puts out terrible coffee!"
