Took 2 days to work out how to use TV. Corridors tidy but carpet filthy. Rooms not serviced over weekend, additional towels where delivered. Disappointed with meal from Restaurant fish and chips.. fish looked like birdeye fish and chips had an seasoning that was disgusting. Room was tidy but the cover came off the comfortor and it had yellow stains in numerous places repulsive.

The check in staff were fabulous and set the tone for the stay. The room was clean and quiet. Good facilities. The hotel was very close to shopping and dining options and I took a public bus from the airport that dropped off close to the hotel.

Over all great experience for our weekend. Although the window blinds didn't close all the way and as someone who is sensitive to heat I would have liked to be able to change the air-conditioning temperature.
