Nice new hotel, but very busy, lift wait times were a bit long, strange having a lobby on the 10th floor, pool is nice, very convenient location walkable to everything Adélaïde has to offer. For the price the hotel is about right. If you’re after super luxury I’d look elsewhere.

Understaffed at check in meant huge queues every time we visited reception - sometimes 5 people deep and it was a very slow check in and process to get questions answered when we revisited reception.
