"Second time returning to this great hotel. Excellent central Adelaide location close to tram stop and Rundle mall. Rooms in very good condition with very comfortable bed. However, some staining on carpets and loud noises coming from fridge and toilet throughout the night. We have stayed at this hotel before and the noisy amenities were only an issue in the most recent room. Overall, lovely hotel and would recommend to anyone staying in Adelaide."

I was surprised that we had to ask for the free drinks cards, and when I went to cash one in for a cup of coffee, none was available after 10 am. Also, we had to ask about facilities such as laundry and the rooftop (there is nothing happening up there). It wasn’t an unpleasant stay, but the service could have been better. "

"The location is excellent and within an easy level walk to the cafes and restaurants in Glenelg. Our apartment was a little tired and in need of some maintenance. There was a door handle missing off one wardrobe door. The bed was located so close to the wardrobe that the remaining doors could not be opened until we moved the bed. The door to cover the microwave could not be closed. The washing machine was extremely noisy. The ocean view from our apartment was stunning. We paid for parking...
