The Grand Chancellor was superb I would highly recommend it to anyone. Check in and out was easy. The parking although a little tight was cheaper than other hotels. We really enjoyed our stay here before our international flight.

The location is perfect for us. There were so many great restaurant options, all within a short walk of the hotel. The room was fantastic, as was the pool and surrounding area which we enjoyed often. The staff were polite and professional. Parking is on site and reasonably priced. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Adelaide.

Hotel facilities good, service mostly excellent and breakfast was very good. Pool was very welcome. Having been in Perth earlier, found this area of Adelaide a bit run down. However moving further out there were some lovely parts of Adelaide. It was VERY hot whilst we were there.

Staff service is perfect. Can't complain. Friendly and efficient staff in all areas - reception, cleaners, restaurant staff. The only thing i don't quite like is the presence of a lot of massage parlours in surrounding areas but hotel is good value for money. Good amenities and lovely staff.

The housekeeping staff are amazing, this one lady Lydia delivered us a dental kit and was so sweet and welcoming it was such a pleasant experience. All the staff were amazing, the fishbowl cocktails at Sebastian's bar are 11/10
