"It is such a lovely hotel. It smells just drvine and this was my third stay. The 2nd time in this room actually. Sadly the bathroom floor did have some small flecks of dirt, the bath had rust on and we were unable to get the plug out of the bath. These are such small minor things but are worthy of note. The staff were fabulous as usual. The communal eareas were beautifully decorated for Christmas. And whilst ive already said it it is worthy if a second mention. The hotel smells amazing! "

"Very clean, comfortable and well maintained hotel. Lovely leisure facilities, warm pool. Good breakfast, lots of choice. Just a small thing that could be made clearer(unless we missed it) was a notice adding to the EV charger saying that it had to be activated inside, but it was very handy being able to charge overnight. "
