The lady on reception was absolutely fantastic, anything she could do to make our stay more comfortable and enjoyable was no trouble at all. Staff like her are few and far between nowadays. Hotel is due a revamp in the near future I believe, which will further enhance the facilities and stay experience. "

"Hotel and our room were clean albeit a bit tired and could do with a bit of TLC. We have a dog and this hotel is very dog friendly, ate an excellent meal in the bar in the evening and a nice breakfast in the dining room. Staff were excellent throughout, only downfall was the road up to the car park through an archway and then a very bendy narrow road upwards and the car park itself which could be challenging for some. "
